Black Diamond Wares is a Pawn Shop that deals in selling used sold goods. The majority of its stock are antiques, jewelry/accessories, toys, books; overall the only thing it doesn't accept are clothes and furniture. It's a standard pawn store set-up, where people can sell items they don't care for anymore to the store, receive an immediate payout for the items, and then those items are sold at the store for other people. The appeal of the store is that the items are sold at a value cheaper than the typical store given everything is a used good. Purchases and sells are final and nothing can be returned once the deal is finalized. All transactions are done in silver only, no IOUs accepted.

In addition to the goods people sell to her, Ermes will convince a couple merchants in the Market District to sell her their goods for a low cost so she can resell them to turn easy profit. She'll do this by using the smize lenses, explaining that she is beginning a resale business and that selling their lesser sold goods at a low cost to her would be beneficial toward their own gains. Better that then those things being on the stands unsold right? This will use up about three of the five uses of the lenses and will provide the starting stock she needs to get the business going with something to actually sell on opening day.

On top of this, Ermes will replenish stock of the more popular items by using her duplication powers to generate more stock. The sticker will be hidden in an easy to conceal place so that it won't be easily found, and it'll of course be done only on items that can actually fit the sticker on them (so none of the jewelry for example.) Mod Stipulation: While Ermes can have weapons and ammunition sold back to her, and put them for sale in the store, she cannot duplicate these items as part of her business.

As far as the funds to start the business goes, while Ermes has been mostly working normal wage jobs and saving up her coins, she did receive silver for turning in associates of the Shady Man during the October 2017 event. This will give her enough for a modest store, nothing too large or fancy. She'll definitely pay for obnoxious signage just to draw in more onlookers.

Overall her profits won't be "making money rain" levels, but the model overtime will provide a steady profit as naturally the items will sell back for more than she gives to buy them. At the initial start she won't have the financial means to hire people and will handle much of the overall work herself. However if things don't drastically change with the plot in the next couple months, she should have the means then to hire one or two people to assist.

(And then in a year she will sign for a reality show and call it Pawn Stars)
